There is an old hypnosis trick to illuminate this:
Stand up, close your eyes and imagine that you are holding a
bucket in each hand.
Take a minute to stand there and breathe.
Now imagine that someone comes by and fills one of the buckets - the one in your right hand - with bricks…
Feel the bricks
weighing down that bucket…woof… it gets heavier and heavier as you stand there…feel
it…
Now tune into your body.
What happened to the way you are
standing?
Is it at all possible that your right shoulder and right arm feel just a wee bit heavier and perhaps are just a tiny bit closer to the ground?

Might your mind actually be so powerful that it could convince your body of something physically 'impossible'?
