UPSY DAISY

Who said it doesn’t matter how many times you fall down – only how many times you get up?

Keep that rhythm going.  We are designed for movement!  Keep dancing til the last light is turned off!  Feel the beat.  Dance with your feet – your fingers – your tongues.  Dance with your minds.  All movement is evolutionary.

What do ya say?  Share some of your best moves with us!

  2. I love that thought that all movement is evolutionary - I guess it's true that everything alive either moves or dies...and that thinking counts as movement...

  3. This is a great image to mix up the usual "get back on that horse" image associated with recovering from a difficult experience. Imagining that you have failed or fallen and must recover makes the task much harder, but I like instead thinking of it as all part of a dance with no wrong moves, no failures.
