Remember that song from "Wicked"?  
Okay, slightly different story, but still… here's an interesting thought ...

In order to counterbalance gravity, you have to feel the pull!

This is second nature to dancers, and of course part of their training.
So, how does this affect the rest of us?

That same paradox applies:  In order to go up you need to experience down!

Think about that one!
