"I worked sooo hard and it was all for nothing!" he ranted.
"Why should I try
again? What's to say it will stick this
time?"
"Ugh!"
"And then I'll be
back to ground '0' AGAIN!"
"I AM SO TIRED OF
THIS CYCLE! I QUIT!"
What was he talking
about? Diet and exercise, of course, and
keeping up with the paperwork and …
And that one lousy
misstep - that one missed day, that leads to 2 or 3…
And then that awful feeling of failure and hopelessness about starting all over again!
But is it really ground
'0'?
Or is it possible that - if we don't rag on
ourselves too much - each successive try could actually be easier and getting
back to the winning rhythm might be even faster?
What do ya say?
Think
it's worth a try?
Could this year be
different?
