THE DISTANCE BETWEEN HERE AND THERE… OUCH!


What are some of the most failure prone goals?
You guessed it…
          Weight loss
          Sticking to an exercise program
          Staying on top of paperwork, housecleaning …
          Learning a new language

What do all of these have in common?


They are all things that 'cost' time between the moment you set the goal and the moment you arrive - a looong time - AND ACTUALLY NONE OF THEM HAVE AN END POINT!

YIKES!

    1. I know it sounds like cliche, but the old Chinese proverb ¨A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step¨ has worked for me. Even if I only do one tiny little thing per day to help me achieve my goal, even something as simple as when I catch myself in a negative thought, taking a deep breathe and forgiving myself for not being perfect, I find that I can go to bed that night knowing at least I made one positive change. This works for in when self doubt makes me want to give up! Good luck, to you and me, both!
