What do all of these have in common?
They are all things that 'cost' time between the moment
you set the goal and the moment you arrive - a looong time - AND ACTUALLY NONE OF THEM HAVE AN END POINT!
YIKES!

ReplyDeleteI know it sounds like cliche, but the old Chinese proverb ¨A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step¨ has worked for me. Even if I only do one tiny little thing per day to help me achieve my goal, even something as simple as when I catch myself in a negative thought, taking a deep breathe and forgiving myself for not being perfect, I find that I can go to bed that night knowing at least I made one positive change. This works for in when self doubt makes me want to give up! Good luck, to you and me, both!
