SERIOUSLY SPEAKING – MEET YOUR EVIL TWIN!

We give our ‘Evil Twin’ power by pretending that it doesn’t exist.  By not recognizing our dark side we enable it!

If we close our eyes to this part of ourselves we make it easier for it to sneak up on us and sabotage our plans…

One of the best ways to deal with any hidden threat is to put a name to it, put a face on it – make it tangible…

When we acknowledge this alter ego we begin to have control of how it affects us!

And PS  - like it or not – we all do have one!

An opportunity to experiment with some fun
ideas...

SAYING HELLO TO YOUR EVIL TWIN…

Your Evil Twin (better know as ET from this point forward…) is sneaky.   You might not see it coming … But you certainly know the aftermath!

Want to gain control?
Try talking…

First describe this part of you:

Give it a voice – How does your ET sound?  Deep? Seductive? Loud?
Is it male or female?
Big or small?
Does it have a favorite ‘Mantra’?  What are the key phrases it uses to control you?

Now start talking… It might go something like this:

YOU:  Hey, I am really sick and tired of the way you sabotage me!  You try every trick in the book to block my good intentions!

ET:  Ha ha ha ha haaaa….. I win again!  I am sooo powerful!  I rock!

YOU:  I do not like this game!

ET:  SUCKER!  You don’t like it because YOU LOSE!

YOU:  I am pretty tired of this!

ET:  LOSER!

YOU:  Can’t we at least try to work together…

ET:  NO WAY!

You get the drift.  It’s your script so make it fit for you.  Delineating the battlefield is a first step in this saga…

More to come…
See where you go with it!
