Fact: If we put a border of
negative feeling around a state of being we, by definition, increase our
suffering.
If we can, instead, accept that life brings many different moments of
experience and try to find those special 'coloring books' in any given moment, we can actually help
ourselves heal!
Because most of us have learned to awful-ize our challenging moments and
had a lot of practice doing this, changing our default position takes some
practice.
