see how we are blocking ourselves from forward momentum and success.
With this focused awareness of our blocks from the past, often in the
form of old vows, and attention to our current blocking behaviors, most old
patterns are changeable!

Try this formula:
Focused awareness +
strong intention + motivated attention = CHANGE
It goes like this:
First, awareness: What do you really want to change?
Next, intention: How much do you want to change it?
a) somewhat
b) a little bit
c) seriously want to
d) yes, yes, yes!
If you answered 'c'
or 'd' take the next step, if not, reconsider the project!
Now pay 'attention' to what gets in your
way:
Usually this
includes some form of 'playing' Victim!
You know the lines:
a) Other people have it easier.
b) They don't have to work so hard!
c) It's not fair!
It is also where
those old, sometimes unintentional vows come in. That ingrained belief that you should not make the change!
Finally, back to awareness:
Focus on the balance
between how much you want the change versus how much you want to hold onto old
agreements and feeling like a Victim…
