Night
time for us humans is a time of both comfort and of fear…
Often
our collective primitive brains still hear the monsters howling after dark and
at the same time our individual childhood memories often carry fond
recollections of cookies and milk and bedtime stories.
For
many adults bedtime is challenging.
We
struggle with ‘shoulds’:
We should get 7-8 hours of sleep.
We should go to sleep at a certain
time.
We should sleep through the night.
In
reality we are still often plagued by those howling monsters – now appearing as
the unfinished business of the day…
What
do ya say?
How do
you ward off the monsters?
