I don't like going to bed at night. It feels like I'm giving up on the day, like I could have gotten so much accomplished, but didn't. In the morning, my day is so full of promise; but at night, I often feel like I've wasted all of the day's opportunities and that if/when I go to sleep, I'm one day closer to my ultimate demise.
I know the logic is flawed in that thinking, and that sleep is an essential part of being a human, but it doesn't change the way I feel...
