Heard on the street:
"You should get surgery for
that!" the man insisted.
"Really?" the recipient of his
wisdom asked.
"Yeah," he
continued. "My wife had the same
thing and she had surgery…"
"Oh, and how is she?"
"Well, not so good… but…"
