'Thank you' is the opposite of bullying.
Unfortunately, bullying ourselves and
others is a frequent modus operandi in our culture.
Truly ineffective in the long run,
bullying is a set up for resentment and backlash!
On the other hand, true appreciation of
ourselves and others almost always opens doors to forward momentum!
