SERIOUSLY SPEAKING - MOVE IT!

'Position' has an important role in our interaction with others.

We have 'position' in our work and family hierarchy that determines a lot of our behavior.

'Position' also relates to how we place ourselves physically in relation to those around us.

How does changing your location affect and impact your experience?

How does it impact your listening skills?

What other things do you notice as you explore your position in any given environment?

SERIOUSLY SPEAKING - EMOTIONAL FENG SHUI

What really is 'stuck'?
We know what it means when the car gets stuck in the snow… it can't move.

But humans?

In reality, we use the 'stuck' word to mean that a direction we chose got blocked, right?

In the ancient Chinese art of Feng Shui there is the belief that we can unblock by 'harmonizing our environment with the flow of energy'…

How do you think this translates to emotional stuckness?

WHAT IS ...STUCK?

"I was in this awful meeting," he groaned, "and I was really stuck!"

"I just couldn't respond to what was going on and I didn't know what to do next!"

This was really getting to him...

"I felt like I was disappearing from the room," he continued,"and I'm sure they all thought I was a total loser!  I mean, I was so out of it!  I just sat there like a lump..."

"And that's not the first time this has happened to me… the last time was at a family dinner!  Ugh!"

"Next time," I suggested, "change seats!"

What do ya say?

Could changing your physical position change your mind?

UPSY DAISY

Who said it doesn’t matter how many times you fall down – only how many times you get up?

Keep that rhythm going.  We are designed for movement!  Keep dancing til the last light is turned off!  Feel the beat.  Dance with your feet – your fingers – your tongues.  Dance with your minds.  All movement is evolutionary.

What do ya say?  Share some of your best moves with us!
