4  STEPS TO MAINTAIN THE CONNECTION:

1) Visualize your goal, what you need to do to get there and why you want it.
2) Ask yourself: Is what I am doing right now helping me achieve my goal?
3) Remind yourself why you want to achieve this goal.
4) Push 'refresh' on your internal computer and take yourself back to step1.
