SERIOUSLY SPEAKING - ASSIGNING BLAME

Imagine that same scenario from yesterday…
A child comes home from school crying. 

The parent asks what happened… and then… instead of assigning blame, the parent comforts the child and helps that child develop a life strategy… figuring out how to take care of themselves going forward!

Who's to blame doesn't get us very far… 
What to do about it does!
