What is it?

You know, that yukky, off balance, out of sorts, bleach, icky, squitchy, just plain gross state that we all experience once in awhile…

  1. For me, hug therapy works wonders. I work in a Pre-School & don't really have the option to feel "oogie" so I ask the kids for morning hugs & that usually does the trick.
