What makes us relish the listing - and
reiterating, ad nauseam - to ourselves and others, of the wrongs done to us?
We even seem to enjoy the comedians
who entertain us with stories of their complaints.
It is possible that our goal in
retelling these woes is to deflate them - to remove the sting with repetition
or to somehow figure out the 'so it shouldn't happen again' solution…
