Remember that song by the Carpenters? check it out
Ever hear something like this:
"It was an overcast and gloomy day and I felt tremendous
solidarity with the weather… I was also feeling overcast and gloomy, well,
actually, sad…"
Could that be you talking?
Do you think there might be a connection between our moods
and the weather?
You know, that whole atmospheric pressure thing?
So, here's an interesting thought:
Maybe it's okay to feel sad and gloomy sometimes?
And maybe, when we accept and let ourselves feel the dark
clouds, recognize the naturalness of our total range of feelings, maybe the sky
lightens a little and some of those clouds lift?
What do ya say?
Can you accept some gloomy days?
